Expansion Details:
This application provides for the installation of a new Septic Tank and Pump Tank in a new location to meet offset requirements for a deck the owner is intending to build. The Flow Diversion Valve will be replaced with a Splitter Box to ensure all trenches are evenly dosed. This will improve the performance of the system because of the reduced hydraulic loading rate achieved over the installed system. Concurrently, the Active drainfield has been recalculated for a bedroom capacity of five (5). The existing
50% Reserve Area has been recalculated to a 100% Reserve Area (TL3) for a five (5) bedroom house.
A Variance is being submitted for the setback distance from the property line so the Septic and Pump Tanks may be installed within 10 feet of the property line.
