Flexibility for an option to permit vehicle sales, rental, and service, with new vehicle storage. The Property currently allows for industrial uses such as Specialized Equipment and Heavy Vehicle Sale, Rental, or Service. Therefore, large construction vehicles, such as cement mixers, could be sold on the site; however, per the use restrictions of the existing zoning district, passenger vehicles, including electric vehicles, can only be rented on the Property โ not sold. This narrow amendment is intended to allow for a rezoning to a district that does not preclude the sale of passenger vehicles.
