Land Bay A1 of Arrowbrook Centre falls entirely within the Comprehensive Plan's "Tier 2" (within the one-half mile walking distance from the Innovation Station. Tier 2 is planned for an intensity of use
between 1.0 and 2.0 FAR, and โpredominantly residential uses).โ
