Redevelopment option for 539,000 SF of mixed use development to include townhouses and multifamily residential, office, retail, and entertainment uses. Specifically, the mixed use redevelopment option recommends:
• Up to 129,000 SF townhomes;
• Up to 275,000 SF multifamily residential;
• Approximately 50,000 SF office;
• Approximately 40,000 SF retail;
• Approximately 45,000 SF entertainment;
• As an option, up to 100,000 SF additional commercial use with a commensurate reduction in residential development.

As an additional option, Tax Map Parcels 51-3 ((11)) 190A and Parcel 51-3 ((23)) A may be developed with up to 600 residential dwelling units, which may contain townhomes, stacked townhomes, and/or low to mid-rise multifamily products. This option is contingent upon establishing a high quality site design with appropriate transitions to surrounding uses.
