3. Tax Map Parcel 51-3((1))24 may be developed with up to 101 additional residential dwelling units in addition to the existing 310 multifamily units. Unit mix should consist of single family attached and/or stacked townhouses and/or triplex units. This option is contingent upon providing elements of the Transit Boulevard streetscape outlined for the Seven Corners CBC, providing pedestrian connections to existing sidewalk and trail networks, and preserving/protecting the existing RPA associated with Long Branch.
